Ewe Language
Éwé (also called Eibe, Ebwe, Eve, Efe, Eue, Vhe, Gbe, Krepi, Krepe, Popo) belongs to the Kwa branch of the Niger-Congo language family. It is spoken primarily in the Southeast region of Ghana. It is also spoken in Togo. There are more than 3 million Éwé speakers worldwide.
Éwé dialects include Anglo, Awuna, Hudu, and Kotafoa. Written Éwé uses a Roman script.
